The TRUNSPORT project participated in BEYOND Expo 2026, held from 17-19 June 2026 at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, Greece.

Throughout the three-day event, the TRUNSPORT consortium engaged with researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, technology innovators, and key stakeholders from across Europe and beyond. The exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to present the project’s vision and ongoing efforts to enhance the security and resilience of the transport sector through advanced digital technologies and innovative cybersecurity solutions.

As one of the region’s leading technology and innovation events, BEYOND Expo served as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cybersecurity. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about TRUNSPORT’s upcoming Open Call programme, designed to support the development and testing of innovative solutions that strengthen cybersecurity within the transport ecosystem.

The event also enabled the consortium to explore synergies with other European initiatives, establish valuable connections with potential collaborators, and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of secure and trustworthy transport systems.

TRUNSPORT was represented at the exhibition by Dr. Charalambos Klitis, R&D Senior Project Manager.
